The 21st Annual Downtown Delray Beach Craft Festival -October 3rd and 4th, 2015!

You know the season has begun when the downtown arts and craftsdowntown delray beach craft festival. festivals come to town.  It’s just the beginning of many more fun activities to come but you won’t want to miss out on this one.

When- Saturday and Sunday- October 3rd and 4th, 2015

Time- 10 A.M to 5 P.M.

Where- 4th Avenue & Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach

(Navigational address: 330 E. Atlantic Avenue,

Delray Beach, FL 33483)

Admission- FREE!!

This is a juried show and limited to 100 exhibitors!  The many mediums included will be paint, mixed media, glass, sculpture, photography, jewelry, ceramics, fiber and much more.

It is an ideal time to do some holiday shopping or find that unique gift for someone very special.  This is also a good opportunity to enjoy the beautiful weather we have and stroll Atlantic Avenue.  If you’ve been gone for the summer, you’ll want to check out some of our new stores and restaurants, or head into a familiar favorite.

21st Annual Downtown delray beach craft festivalTips-

1.Wear your walking shoes!  Fourth Avenue will be blocked north and south of Atlantic Avenue.

2.Even though it’s October, it will still be warm. We could have temperatures still in the mid to high 80’s. Dress accordingly!

3.Don’t forget to allow some fun time along Atlantic Avenue to shop and dine.

4.Parking - you can find metered street parking, or park in one of the city’s garages.  There is also the free Trolley that travels east and west on Atlantic Avenue and the Delray Downtowner, another free service that has a limited service area around the downtown area.

 

 

Be sure to mark your calendar for October 3rd and 4th for the 21st Annual Downtown Delray Beach Craft Festival.

Hi Kathy, I'm sort of a "crafty" guy so these events always enjoyable. Good advice to wear comfortable shoes for some extensive pavement time!

Kathy Streib This event looks like it will be well-attended by the public. It is a shame the 'City Fathers' would not forgo charging for parking for this event.

BTW When they (the arts and craft people) come to San Diego they set up at the fair grounds. It just isn't the same as a street fair.
