Events in Delray Beach- It’s Not Too Late to Do Your  Part for Project Holiday 2011.

Even though we haven’t had Thanksgiving yet, this is one Holiday Event that can’t come early enough.  Please join your neighbors in Delray Beach in supporting our deployed troops who will not be able to come home for the holidays by contributing items or money for this cause. (until November 18)


Project Holiday


The 6th Annual Project Holiday 2011 is supported by the City of Delray Beach, “You Are Not Alone”, the Church of the Palms Congregational, and “One Soldier At a Time”.  

Some of the items needed are:
Bags of Hard Candy...Individually Wrapped Candy...Gum...Snacks that can be carried in their pockets...Batteries...Calling Cards
Individual bags of nuts or dried fruit...Sun Block...Lip Balm...Hand Gel
Socks...Thermocare Heat Wraps...Baby Wipes...Granola Bars...Hand Lotion
Individual Drink Packets (Lemonade, hot chocolate, etc)...disposable cameras
