Custom designed diamond and gold jewelry with over 30 years of experience in Boca Raton, Florida at Boca Gem. I had no idea that my friend Joseph and his wife, Alice, were such talented jewelers until I visited their store this week. I first met Joseph at the Green Cay Wetlands where I walk every morning. Joseph is there most mornings either walking and humming to tunes on his iPod or with his camera taking photos of the birds and other wildlife.
His store, Boca Gem, is located within a larger jewelry exchange in West Boca and has been in this location for 15 years. In fact, many of his loyal customers followed him when he relocated from Tamarac.
Joseph showed me beautiful diamond and gold necklaces, finished products made of Italian gold, sapphires and emeralds in custom settings, micro diamond settings and much more. His designer, who has been with Joseph for 20 years, studied Jewelry design in France.
Besides selling and designing beautiful jewelry, Joseph says that much of his business lately has been actually BUYING gold and diamonds from his customers. With more than 50% of his customers as repeat business, Joseph is much like a family jeweler.. . . . .
