Delray Beach Florida will not be lacking for events this Halloween!
Delray Beach, known as the Village By the Sea is a combination of small town atmosphere with big city amenities. And, we do love our parades!!! Take a look at what's in store for this Pumpkin Filled Weekend!
Friday-October 29-THE ANTIQUE CAR CLUB in conjunction with the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce will "parade" their Halloween decorated cars at 5:30 PM starting at THE OFFICE restaurant (201 E. Atlantic Avenue) .
Saturday- October 30-
TRICK OR TREAT ALONG THE AVE. - 11:30-1:00PM from Swinton to the Intracoastal
KIWANIS HALLOWEEN PARADE-1:00-2:00PM- Line up at Old School Square where there will be a judging for best costume. Parade begins at 1:30 and travels east to Veteran's Park. Everyone can participate!
KIDFEST OF DELRAY--1:00 -4:00 PM- Veteran's Park- this is a free family event highlighting" health, safety and fun". There will also be crafts and entertainment.
**** Please note The Pajama Program will be on hand to collect new pajamas and books for newborns up to age 17 and will be donated to children waiting to be adopted.
Sunday -October 31- Halloween Party- 4-6PM Catherine Strong Park- 1500 SW 6th Street-
If you've never been to a small town parade, then you're missing a great tradition... and Delray Beach knows how to do it! You can find a parking space... and you don't have to fight a crowd of 2or 3 million other parade- goers.
