Celebrate the Day- It's National Museum Day! Read On For a Free Ticket! If you're looking for something to do today be sure to check out your local museum.
One of my favorite places, The Smithsonian Museum always offers free admission but today, September 24th , the Smithsonian Magazine is hosting National Museum Day in which participating museums will offer free admission to anyone presenting a Museum Day Ticket. (Tickets are limited to 2 per household)
All you need to do is go to the Smithsonian site, and view the list of participating museums in your area. You can then click on the Ticket, fill out the form and you should receive your tickets in your email.
I went to the drop down menu and found 2 museums in my immediate area that are participating.
