Home Stagers don't just move furniture around and tell Sellers to pack and declutter. If we're lucky, our Sellers will realize how important the color of their walls can be in selling their home. We're often asked to suggest colors that will enhance the architecture of the room and give the house an updated look that will appeal to most Buyers.
Many of us also offer ReDesign and Move-In Services as well, and color always comes up. I for one am happy to see color back in the mix. Yes, I still love the pop white trim can give a tan or khaki wall; but take a look at Dutch Cocoa (#SW 6032) or Mountain Road (# SW7743). Or, what about an accent wall of Peppercorn (#7674)!
