2011 December Blogging Challenge- Arming Myself with Info!
After making some follow up calls to prospects I decided to arm myself with information for 2012. I’d seen a design book years ago that I fell in love with and decided to get it to jump start my new year. It’s Design Basics by Jeffrey Bilhuber.
I’ve been trying to get away from “collecting” books, and instead use the Internet for
research or download it to my Kindle (which I read on my PC or my Droid). After moving so many times, I got tired of hauling boxes of books around. But there are just some books that you want to have around to hold in your hands and read. This book is not just about pretty pictures of rooms.
Next I read about the Pantone’s 2012 Color of the Year.... Tangerine Tango! I love seeing color again. Would I put it on a wall? Probably not one for sale but I sure would use it in my accessories!
